Since graduating from the University of South Florida in Tampa, our founder has accumulated three decades of comprehensive experience across diverse automotive ventures. This includes successful ownership and management of a mechanical garage, towing and transport services, and a collateral recovery company, complemented by extensive field and office investigations. He is also a recognized authority in the field, serving as a licensed instructor for Florida’s Chapter 493 repossession curriculum and as co-author of the Field Recovery Specialist instruction manual, actively providing critical training to both lenders and recovery agents.

Asset Investigations & Recovery (AIR) maintains full compliance in the state of Florida by holding a Class R Recovery Agency License for the main office. Each satellite office has an RR Branch license issued from the FL Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Asset Investigations & Recovery strictly adheres to the guidelines outlined in Chapter 493, Florida Statutes, the law governing the repossession profession throughout Florida.
