When you are ready to pick up your personal property and/or vehicle please make an appointment. You can reach us at (813) 247-6454 to schedule your appointment. Be sure to check our operating hours for available times. You must make an appointment to pick up your personal property and/or your vehicle.

When you schedule your appointment, we will provide the storage location of your property (if you don’t already know it) and inform you of the removal and storage fees required to redeem your belongings.
For vehicle and property redemptions, you will need a government issued ID and the vehicle keys, along with any applicable fees.
Your fee will be provided upon securing an appointment.
For a vehicle redemption, we will need an authorized release document from the lienholder ahead of your appointment or you will need a notarized letter from the registered owner authorizing you to pick up the collateral. You will need to bring your government issued ID and any applicable fees.
For personal property redemption, you will need a notarized letter from the registered owner authorizing you to pick up the property, your government issued ID, the vehicle keys, and any applicable fees.
